做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
